Kawaii Squishies Cafe carries squishes that are handmade and factory-produced, minor imperfections such as dents, small marks, uneven textures, or air bubbles may occur. These are common manufacturing characteristics and are not considered to defect the squishy. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not applicable in these instances.

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, Kawaii Squishies Cafe is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. We unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for these situations. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim using your tracking information.
